This website is operated by Bucknall Express (Bucknall Express), a takeaway and delivery business based at 25 Dividy Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST2 9JQ. You can reach us by phone on 01782 698630.

Bucknall Express.com is a marketing and information site. It does not process orders, payments, or accounts. When you tap Order Now you are sent to our third-party ordering platform, which has its own privacy policy and handles your order, address and payment details directly.

The marketing site itself collects very little:

• Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested pages) for security and uptime.
• Anonymous usage data for understanding which pages are useful (no cookies that identify you personally).
• If you submit a contact form (future feature), only the details you choose to send.

We do not run advertising trackers, sell data, or build profiles on visitors.

This site uses a small number of cookies for site functionality (for example to remember your cookie-consent choice). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are loaded. The first time you visit, you can accept or reject non-essential cookies in the banner shown at the bottom of the page.

The site is hosted on Vercel (in their EU region where available). Vercel processes server logs on our behalf under their data processing agreement.

Server logs are kept for up to 30 days for security purposes and then deleted. Aggregate analytics is kept up to 12 months.

You can ask us to confirm what information (if any) we hold about you, to correct anything inaccurate, or to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

We update this policy when something material changes. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when the most recent change was made.
